Am 15. Oktober hatten wir die große Ehre, Chris Thompson bei seinem Gastspiel im kultigen Musikcafé Ehrwald in Österreich am Fuße der Zugspitze zu supporten.Chris Thompson feierte nicht nur als Leadsänger der Manfred Mann´s Earth Band in den 70er und 80er Jahren große internationale Erfolge, sondern ist auch Co-Autor des 86er Welthits "You´re The Voice" von John Farnham. Er ist nicht nur ein großartiger Sänger, sondern auch sehr sympathisch. Somit war unser erster Auftritt in Österreich wirklich etwas ganz besonderes. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf, nächstes Jahr wiederzukommen - dann werden wir mit einem Solokonzert die Zugspitze zum Rocken bringen. On 15th October, we had the great honour of supporting Chris Thompson @ Musikcafé Ehrwald (Austria).
Chris Thompson is well-known as former leadsinger of Manfred Mann´s Earth Band. They were quite successfull all over the world in the 70s and in the 80s. He also co-wrote John Farnhams massive hit from 1986 - "You´re The Voice". He´s not only a great singer & musician but also a very nice & modest guy. So we really enjoyed our first show ever in Austria. We´re really looking forward to coming back to Ehrwald in 2012 - then we´ll play a full show for you!
